The music which accompanies his video is the final hymn of the Chaldean Mass. The cantor is singing, "By the grace of the Holy Spirit we have all approached and shared in the reception of these glorious holy life-giving and divine mysteries. Let us thank and glorify God who has given them." The melody is mysterious and evocative.
You will also notice that the artist, at the start of his video, has zoomed in on a key which is held in Nazar's left hand. It symbolizes Nazar's prayer to return to his home some day, given that he and Amira are both in flight and don't know if they will ever return to their homes again. This was another creative surprise on Qais' part.

A very special musical composition:
I am sharing a very special composition of Dr. Richard Fitzgerald, the music director here in Columbus at St. Joseph's Cathedral. The recording I am attaching is from Compline and is entitled He Will Conceal You in His Wings. The verses are from psalm 90 (91). It is a particularly beautiful psalm to which Richard has given a very rich and memorable musical setting. Hearing the musical composition sung by the choir inspired the creation of the scene under the stars in my story.
